noah crowe's Biography

Born in Los Angeles, raised in the mountains of Ojai. Studied at Pitzer College in the arts, worked at a Waldorf School, hitchhiked to New York, stayed for 3 years. Went to Death Valley to shoot my first doc. Traveled around the world. Now I'm back in So Cal. I make objects, both sacred and purely aesthetic-narrative. I craft public rituals. I tell stories and I listen to them. It is through the telling and receiving of stories that cultures maintain and evolve themselves through this primary feedback loop of the tribal - personal narrative.
