If this was the Wild West and guns were cameras, Jennifer Anderson would be Doc Holiday. Steeped in tradition and skill, she’s both a woman of the law and, an outlaw. An expert with light and movement, she can frame a shot from across the street, and shoot from the hip. Whatever the situation requires, Ms. Anderson keeps a cool head and always makes her subject feel comfortable. Be it a dusty saloon, a weekend party, a drag race, a model’s headshots, a coastal wedding or whatever comes across her frame, the pictures speak a thousand words. Seeming almost careless, her photographic experience brings out the best in everybody. With a fisherman’s patience, her compositional style can be compared to Henri Cartier-Bresson.
